Terms of Service
Last updated September 20, 2026. These terms govern your use of PeelAd at peelad.com. By creating an account or using the editor, you agree to them.
The service
PeelAd is a hosted workspace for performance ads. You create a project, upload a flat still, peel it into layers, edit on the canvas, and export PNG or a layered PSD. The product is offered as a commercial SaaS service, not as a public source dump or community project.
Accounts
You sign in with GitHub OAuth (or a demo workspace we enable for evaluation). You must have the right to use that GitHub account and keep it secure. You are responsible for activity under your session. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.
Credits and peels
One successful peel consumes one credit. Naming a project, editing layers, and exporting do not consume credits. New free accounts receive a starter allotment of 1 peel credit. Existing balances are not reduced when we change that allotment for new sign-ups.
Paid plans are not open unless we enable them in the product. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not refundable except where the law requires it. We may change starter allotments, credit prices, or plan availability. A peel that fails before we return layers is not charged.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, including ads, product shots, or brand marks that infringe someone else’s rights.
- Use PeelAd for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful campaigns, or to process malware or exploit content.
- Probe, overload, or bypass usage limits, credits, or authentication.
- Resell access to the editor or peel pipeline without a written agreement with us.
We may refuse a peel or remove a project that violates this section.
Your files and outputs
You keep the intellectual property you already have in the stills you upload and the copy you type. You grant PeelAd a limited license to host, process, and display those files so we can peel, persist the project, and export the current edit. That license ends when the project is deleted, except for residual copies in backups or peel processing that expire on their normal cycle.
Layered outputs are derived from your upload plus our processing. We do not claim ownership of your campaign creatives. You are responsible for reviewing exports before you run them.
AI layer quality
Peeling a flat ad into layers is automated. Results vary with the still: type may be misread, cutouts may be incomplete, and stacking may need a manual fix. PeelAd does not promise a perfect reconstruction, a particular vendor model, or suitability for a specific campaign, brand guideline, or legal review. You should inspect every layer before you ship.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that peels will be error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PeelAd and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost creatives, or campaign downtime, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for PeelAd in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you have not paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we may also note it in the product. Continued use after the update is acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using PeelAd and ask us to close the account.
