Privacy Policy

PeelAd is a hosted editor for AI-generated ads. You upload a flat still, we peel it into editable layers, and you change copy or product without regenerating the frame. Questions about this policy go to admin@litoceans.com.

We collect only what we need to run the product:

• GitHub account profile. When you sign in with GitHub, we receive the identifier, display name, email address, and profile image GitHub provides for OAuth.
• Project files and uploads. Source images you upload, project names, peeled layer documents, and the current canvas state we persist so you can reopen a file.
• Peel usage and credits. Credit balance, plan, and a record that a peel ran so we can deduct a credit and show remaining balance.
• Technical logs. Standard request metadata (time, path, status) used to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use this information to:

• Authenticate you and keep your projects in your workspace.
• Run peels, render the canvas, and export PNG or layered PSD.
• Track and enforce peel credits.
• Prevent abuse, debug failures, and operate the service.
• Reply when you write to us at admin@litoceans.com.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your ads to train a public model, and we do not put your files in marketing without your permission.

PeelAd is a hosted product. We share information with processors only as needed to provide it:

• GitHub. Identity provider for sign-in. GitHub’s own privacy terms apply to the OAuth flow.
• Peel processing. Uploaded stills are sent to fal.ai so we can return layered documents. fal.ai processes the file to complete the peel and handles it under its own terms.
• Hosting. Cloud infrastructure that runs peelad.com and stores account records, project files, and session data on our behalf.

These providers may process data in the United States or other regions where they operate. We do not authorize them to use your creatives for their own advertising.

We use session cookies required to keep you signed in and to protect the editor. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on PeelAd pages.

Account profile, credit balance, and project files stay in your workspace while the account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove stored projects and profile data from the live database, then purge backups on our normal backup cycle. Peel processors may retain a copy of an uploaded still for a limited time under their own retention rules.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing admin@litoceans.com. We may keep a minimal record of the request for security and legal compliance.

Peel credentials and other server secrets stay on the server. Access to the editor and peel API requires a signed-in session. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please keep your GitHub account protected.

PeelAd is a business tool. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes may also be noted in the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
